The grievances of the students are settled through the concerned head of the department, staff and student along with the parent if needed. The common matters are discussed in the staff meeting as well as in the student council and agreeable solutions are decided as policy for the college working and presented to the managing committee for approval. Serious misdeeds are handled as per the law in force, University act, and procedure set by the management. Programs for conflict solutions and stress management are conducted through management consultants.
